Barnes Design began to give Oklahoma access to beautiful, handmade items.
What began as building something out of a hobby, grew into a full-time company specializing in custom handcrafted goods.
Artistry isn’t just the execution and production of new Barnes Design pieces, it’s also making sure each piece will look beautiful wherever it may be displayed.
Chris, our woodworker extraordinaire found a love for lumber as a young boy helping his father build, who helped his father build. Woodworking is a form of art that has been in his family for generations. Chris has a degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college which brings many credentials to his business beyond your average woodworker/fabricator.
Chris and his beautiful wife Susan, reside in Susan's hometown of Harrah, Oklahoma. Harrah is dear to their hearts and now the roots of their dreams. They attend a local Christian church, where they proudly serve.
